Return Policy
To protect your legal rights, we have established the following return policy. Please read it carefully before applying for a return:
Return Application Time: You can apply for a return within 7 business days from the date you receive the goods (based on the logistics receipt time; applications submitted after this period will not be accepted).
Returnable Conditions
- The goods are unused and undamaged, and retain their original packaging and accessories (such as tags, instructions, gifts, etc.).
- The goods are not damaged by human error or improper use.
- Special goods (such as customized groceries, perishable goods) are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product details page for specific information.
Return Process
- Step 1: Send a return application to customer service email service@easeflux.com, indicating the order number, product name, reason for return, and contact information.
- Step 2: After customer service approves the application, we will send you the return address and return instructions.
- Step 3: You return the goods to the designated address and provide the tracking number to customer service.
- Step 4: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will... Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be returned to your original payment account.
Return Fee Information
- If the return is due to product quality issues, easeflux will cover the return shipping costs (please pay the shipping cost upfront, which will be refunded with the refund).
- If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The refund amount will deduct any discounts or coupons from the original order; only the actual amount paid will be refunded.
